New bill would keep red drum, spotted sea trout and striped bass off majority of NC dinner tables

A bill - House Bill 353 – is being heard this week in the North Carolina General Assembly. It would designate red drum, spotted sea trout and striped bass as game fish, meaning commercial fishermen could no longer catch them and groceries and markets could no longer sell them.
